At Tang, we take great pride in crafting each wood carving by hand, and we aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the details regarding our shipping and delivery process:
1. Shipping Timeframe
Because each wood carving is custom-made and hand-carved with care, our processing time may take up to 1 month from the time of order placement. This allows us to ensure that each piece meets our high standards of craftsmanship and quality.
- Standard Processing Time: 1 month (for custom-made, hand-carved items).
- Shipping Time: After your item is completed, the delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
2. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: For most standard orders, we offer FREE shipping.
- Large or Custom Orders: Due to the size and weight of some of our larger, custom wood carvings, we are unable to offer free shipping for these products. Shipping charges for large items will be calculated at checkout, and we will reach out to you if additional shipping costs apply.
3. International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Shipping Carrier

We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives on time and in perfect condition. However, due to the nature of custom items and international shipping, occasional delays may occur. If your order is delayed, please don’t hesitate to contact us, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the situation by either sending a replacement or offering a refund, depending on the circumstances.
