At Tang, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our handcrafted wood carvings. We want you to love your piece, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected. Below is our Returns & Exchanges policy for your peace of mind.

Returns

Due to the nature of our handmade artwork, we are unable to accept returns for most items unless they are defective or damaged during shipping.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your wood carving arrives damaged or has any defects, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue by either offering a replacement or issuing a refund.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please send us an email at service@tangwooden.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
  • Return Shipping: In the case of defective or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping costs. 

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges if your item is damaged or defective, and we will do our best to ensure that your replacement is just as beautiful as your original piece. Please follow the same process as outlined above for returning damaged or defective goods.

Non-returnable Items

  • Custom orders or commissioned work (unless damaged or defective).
  • Sale or discounted items are final sale.

Refunds

Once we have received your returned item and assessed its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or defective.
